1. Jadeno Jewellery accepts COD (Cash on Delivery). We also accept payments via Bank Transfer/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash, and Debit, Credit, Visa, and Master cards within the country (read: Pakistan).
2. For orders made from abroad, Jadeno accepts payments made via Western Union, Visa and Master cards, Payoneer, and Paypal.
3. Please feel free to send us a direct message on our Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp for order confirmation.
4. Customised orders could take up to at least three weeks to be finalized before they are ready for shipping.
Please note that the customers are required to pay the total amount for customized orders at the time of placing the order.
5. International orders could take up to at least three weeks to be shipped. Jadeno Jewellery provides the tracking number to the customers via email after the order has been completed and dispatched.

7. Please have a little empathy for the riders. A little cooperation from your end goes a long way.
8. If the customer receives a faulty or a damaged product, please feel free to send it to Jadeno Jewellery through any courier service at 3rd Floor, Suite #301 Plot No 88C, COMMERCIAL Street 11, Phase ll, (ext), DHA, (KFC Building) Karachi, Pakistan, 74600.
9. The customer will have to pay an additional Rs300 in lieu of the delivery fee if he/she decides to exchange the original item with another.
10. Customers are entitled to free cancellation or change in order up to two hours from the time of order submission. Once the time has elapsed, the customer will have to pay for the order and receive it.
11. When filling out the personal details, please make sure to write the complete address and, if need be, mention a famous landmark place near your house. Orders with incomplete addresses will not be entertained.
12. If the product is faulty, please take a picture and share it with us the same day you receive the order. Jadeno Jewellery will exchange the product.
13. Items purchased on sale, and or, stock clearance will not be eligible for return or refund or exchange.
